This tuberous underground fungus or "tuberculosis" grows only in an ecologically clean environment, and finds it in nature as it grows on the ground, on the roots of trees.



To search for this expensive delight in Italy, licensed truffle hunters use trained dogs. With each passing year, the truffle's value skyrockets, fueled by the insatiable appetite of global market consumers, particularly those hailing from the enchanting realms of Asia. But that is not all, for the fair also showcases a treasure trove of other typical products of the region.
